By accessing or using Lulaby ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that you are an adult parent or legal guardian creating content on behalf of, or for, a child in your care.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Lulaby is provided free of charge. An account is required to create and save personalized storybooks.

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the story inputs you provide. Do not submit content that is harmful, defamatory, illegal, or infringes on third-party rights.

You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service in ways that could harm other users or degrade platform performance.

Lulaby reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms, suspend accounts, or restrict access at our discretion.

AI-generated content (stories and illustrations) produced through your inputs is owned by you. Lulaby does not claim ownership of the stories you create.

The Lulaby name, logo, platform code, and underlying AI systems are the property of Lulaby and may not be copied or used without permission.

By marking a book as public, you grant Lulaby a limited, non-exclusive license to display that book on the Lulaby public stories page and in promotional material. You may revoke this by making the book private at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate, appropriate, or error-free.

Lulaby is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.
