When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. We do not store your password in plain text.

When you create a child profile, we collect only the child's first name (optional) and age range (e.g., "5–7 years"). We never collect a child's email, phone number, location, or any personally identifiable information.

We collect anonymized usage data — such as which pages you visit and how many books you create — to help us improve the Service. This data is not linked to your identity.

We do not collect payment information because Lulaby is free.

We use your email address to provide the Service: account verification, password reset emails, and important service updates.

Child profile data (name, age range) is used solely to generate age-appropriate, personalized stories. It is never shared with third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party, ever.

Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics may be used internally to understand how families use Lulaby and to improve the platform.

Your data is stored in a secured, encrypted database hosted on trusted infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices to protect it.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account, all associated data — including child profiles and books — is permanently removed.

We retain active account data for as long as your account exists. We do not retain data from deleted accounts.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Most of this is available directly in your account settings.

Lulaby is designed to be compliant with Indonesian personal data protection law (UU PDP) and the principles of GDPR.
